As a performance-driven leader with over a decade of experience in microfinance, digital transformation, and technology integration, I specialize in bridging the gap between business strategy and IT execution.
Currently, I serve as Managing Director at CDIP IT Services Ltd. and Head of Digitization at the Centre for Development Innovation and Practices (CDIP), where I lead enterprise-wide initiatives that improve operational efficiency, design scalable financial products, and accelerate inclusive growth.
My expertise spans ERP systems, enterprise applications, process automation, product development, and data analytics. Previously, at BRAC, one of the world’s largest NGOs, I spearheaded groundbreaking projects such as Smart Collection, central MIS platforms, and real-time transaction systems—pioneering digital solutions for financial inclusion.
With a strong academic foundation in MIS and international exposure across Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, and India, I bring a global perspective to local challenges in the development and microfinance sectors.
Passionate about leveraging technology for impact, I focus on tech-enabled solutions that empower communities, simplify operations, and deliver measurable social and financial outcomes.
