I am a practitioner of CMMI, Agile/SCRUM, and a certified CMMI Level 3 Appraisal Team Member, with extensive expertise in process and policy development for CMMI and ISO standards. My experience spans software design, prototyping, and development of mobile, web, and e-commerce applications.
I have successfully collaborated with government ministries (ICT division, Education, Health, Labor & Employment) and NGOs such as Orbis, HASAB, and Plan International Bangladesh. I have also organized national-level contests and training programs, including the National Mobile Apps Development Training by ICT Division and the EATL-Prothom Alo Mobile Apps Development Contest (2013–2014), fostering capacity and skill development in the industry.
